The Pingtung's Endemic Species - Four Seasons Badge and Postcard Set features four themes with symbolic significance in Pingtung: "Migratory Birds", "Mola Sunfish", "Stargazing", and "pickled Pearl White Radish". The design concept aims to showcase Pingtung's unique appearances and charms from various perspectives such as natural ecology, geography, astronomy, and local products. The set includes badges and postcards with each theme creatively illustrated, providing an opportunity for visitors to take a piece of Pingtung's essence with them.

是春初，從遠方過境的飛羽其鄉愁與漫漫遠征
是盛夏，是無數場需屏氣凝神欣賞的深海曼波
是秋夜，在大武山小鬼湖面上輝映閃爍的神話
是冬日，老牛杙子蘿蔔醃了幾載歲月的醍醐味
屏東特有種 — 四季徽章及明信片套組特別從《屏東特有種》書中的篇章中挑選了具象徵意義四個主題：「候鳥」、「翻車魚」、「觀星」、「牛杙子蘿蔔」為徽章以及明信片的設計發想，試圖從自然生態、地理天文以及風土物產等多元角度去呈現屏東各種不同的面貌與風采。
